Container Based Architecture (CBA) for Simulation

CBA is built on an object-oriented approach that discards historical "cockpit/ownship-centric" design philosophies in favor of a design where all participants in the simulation, including the ownship, are peers. CBA runs on off-the-shelf hardware and open source software. CBA was initially developed and tested on RedHat Linux 7.2, and has since been tested on RedHat 7.3 and 9.0. CBA has also has been built on Windows 2000, and testing currently is in progress on this platform. Platforms targeted for future support include Solaris and SGI. Call for pricing.

zHOTAS^TM Linux Configuration Tool for Thrustmaster® Cougar Stick and Throttle

ZedaSoft in it pursuit of low-cost high fidelity simulation has independently developed a Linux tool for the Thrustmaster Cougar stick and throttle set. zHOTAS^TM includes the initialization of the I/O as well as correctly mapping the cursor control on the stick. Price: $249US per USB dongle locked stick and throttle set which includes first year Software maintenance.

The Portable Simulator Desktop (PSD) is an all-in-one aircraft simulator desktop control and computer system in a single travel case. The PSD is ideal for deployment training and portable aggressor stations. Our CBA of Simulation software is included with each unit, which can be tailored to simulate your desired cockpit systems. The entire system can be set-up in minutes and includes options for three 20” LCD visual scene channels or large 30” LCD’s for both the out-the-window and instrument displays.
